Extension 809 Booking & Cancellation Policy
By signing and booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand Extension 809’s policies.
At Extension 809, we respect your time—and ask that you respect ours. Your appointment is reserved just for you, and we carefully prepare each experience in advance to give you our very best.
72-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment or its services.
This allows us to offer your spot to another guest on our waitlist and ensures our team can continue delivering exceptional care to all clients.
Missed Appointment & No-Show Fees
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a Missed Appointment Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
- No-shows (failure to show up with no notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
- These fees will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of the missed or canceled appointment.
- Fees are non-refundable and not transferable to future appointments.
- Services will not be rebooked until outstanding fees are paid in full. A deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re running late by calling (951) 331-9271
If you arrive 15+ minutes late, it is at your stylist’s discretion whether your service can still be performed. If we are unable to accommodate, it will be considered a missed appointment and the applicable fee will apply.
Communication
We ask that all changes to your appointment be made via phone call during business hours. Email, DMs, and text messages are not accepted forms of cancellation and will not be considered valid notice.
Extension Clients
By booking an extension service, you understand that regular maintenance is essential for the health and longevity of your extensions. This has been reviewed with your stylist.
Extension 809 reserves the right to pause, adjust, or refuse services if we believe your hair’s integrity would be compromised.
Card on File + Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, I:
- Consent to have my credit card securely stored on file.
- Authorize Extension 809 to automatically charge my card for any late cancellation, no-show, or missed appointment fees as described above.
- Understand that these charges are non-refundable and are required to reschedule or secure future appointments.
