Your appointment is reserved just for you, and we carefully prepare each experience in advance to give you our very best.\n\n### 72-Hour Cancellation Policy\n<hr>\n\nWe require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment or its services.\n\nThis allows us to offer your spot to another guest on our waitlist and ensures our team can continue delivering exceptional care to all clients.\n\n### Missed Appointment & No-Show Fees\n<hr>\n\n* **Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice** will incur a **Missed Appointment Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.**\n* **No-shows** (failure to show up with no notice) will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total.**\n* These fees will be **automatically charged to the card on file** on the day of the missed or canceled appointment.\n* Fees are **non-refundable** and **not transferable** to future appointments.\n* Services will not be rebooked until outstanding fees are paid in full. A deposit may be required to secure future bookings.\n\n### Late Arrivals\n<hr>\n\nPlease notify us as soon as possible if you’re running late by calling <a href=\"tel:9513319271\">**(951) 331-9271**</a>\n\nIf you arrive **15+ minutes late**, it is at your stylist’s discretion whether your service can still be performed.
